LI.FI Intents Model
Why LI.FI is a solver path, not just another frontend integration.
Problem
Registered-issuer settlement can require M1 attestations, permits, broker payloads, quote signatures, and replay discipline. Public quote refresh traffic should not allocate executable issuer material.
Model
LI.FI Intents lets Steer operate as the solver. It publishes bounded quote
inventory, watches selected orders, creates executable M1 material just in time,
and fills through LifiHookExecutor.
The executor is both a trust boundary and accounting boundary: it receives escrowed inputs, calls the signed router, and passes generated output to LI.FI.
Tradeoff
This gives integrators a simpler surface, but it makes operations more important: identity readiness, replay storage, route freshness, and finalise status all become part of the live system.
